openSUSE Tumbleweed XFCE

Once installed, I was pleasently surprised.

openSUSE Tumbleweed XFCE on my old Dell Vostro 220

I have not had a ton of luck with openSUSE in the past so going into this I was not sure if it would last long. Now months after the original install I am finally retiring it. Not because of any issues, just because the machine it is installed on is being used for another project. During the time I was running openSUSE Tumbleweed I can say my only complaint was the installer. The installers works and all but it feels over-complicated. I find Ubiquity, Calamares, and even Anaconda to be much more user friendly. Besides that complaint I was quite happy with Tumbleweed. Packages were fresh, I could find most of what I needed, and it never broke itself while updating. I can definitely see myself coming back to this at some point in the future.
